I completed the AEO Fundamentals course exam (and passed) but my credential isn’t loading. I’ve tried trouble shooting with the chat bot, but no luck. I’ve had the scrolling wheel for about 30 mins. How can I get a copy of my certificate (to post on LinkedIn)?

Nothing is showing up on my profile page (other than the ability to edit my profile). I’ve already hard refreshed and cleared my cache. But no luck.
I also tried searching for the certificate by filtering in My Learning, but as soon as I select completed (from the Progress dropdown) the course disappears (as though it’s not completed).

@APernell - After 24 hours of the spinning wheel, I’m now getting a new message: “Exam passed but award not generated”
It tells me to refresh the page. I did. But just get the same message/no certificate
