I completed the AEO Fundamentals exam on Oct 1, 2026. However, my certificate has not been released.

It sounds like the behavior describing could be related to other ones we’re seeing in the community. We’ve seen several reports of Academy certifications/ courses not loading, and we’re looking into it with the team now. We’ll update this thread as soon as we hear back!
