I was reviewing hubspot’s “how to make a good knowledge base article” and it said to add a Was this article helpful? [Yes] [No] on your page.
How do I do this using hubspot? Do they offer a tool for this?

Can we add the same or a similar module to any blog or website page?
It would be nice to see the feedback results directly in the page details/analytics. It would make it easy to know when you need to improve the content for a specific page.
