We need alternative addresses of companies assigned to a deal ona quote. In order to do this, we have connected the companies accordingly (supplier, customer, etc.).
The optimal method to retrieve these addresses is by incorporating them as property sync features in the deal.
Given the account’s constraint of a maximum of 10 property sync features, my aim is to condense a company’s address into a single-line property. To accomplish this, my plan entails creating a multi-line text property in a calculation, using this pattern:
concatenate([properties.address], '\n', [properties.city])
However, this pattern does not translate into a new line in the calculation. Is there a feasible way to execute this? If not, could you suggest a more efficient strategy to design this solution?
Additionally, as a bonus question, I, as a partner administrator, am unable to delete properties. This is inconvenient, as I cannot discard unused sync properties to free up space. Could you direct me to where the settings for this permission can be modified?
