Logging in to my developer instance and I can no longer add custom properties as there is a limit of 10 now. Is there a way to add more properties in development beyond 10?

I am not seeing this issue. I just tested with a fresh test account in my app developer account and was able to create more than 10…can you send a screenshot of the error?
Would you mind spinning up a new test account and seeing if that works?
I was able to add 11 custom properties to Contact in a new test instance. Inconvenient, but maybe thats the best solution for now.
