I would like the option to add, for example a “Sole Source” Letter PDF that automatically includes all applicable quote information. In addition, provide the option of including/attaching a PDF proposal if applicable for that particular quote.
This functionality is native in Box.com and we have built an integration between HubSpot that allows you to customize all sorts of things around documents.

We have an app for HubSpot called Portant, which will enable you to do this. We use Google Docs or Slides to allow you to design the “Sole Source” Letter PDF to look exactly the way you want it to. I made a short 60s video about it here:

- source and use any data connected to your HubSpot Deal and customise a proposal with it (custom properties and objects included).
