I want to know is there any way to add custom button on Hubspot screen for app created so that user can login to hubspot account > install application > application will appear in form of button on hubspot screen that will be stable throughout all webpages.

Thanks for the interesting idea. Unfortunately, this is not an option when creating custom apps or integrations for HubSpot portals.
