Adding call and email options to chat flows

I couldn’t help but notice HubSpot’s support chat flow has 3 options at the top of the chat box:

  1. Chat
  2. Call me
  3. Email

It would be great if these were options all Hubspot users could add to their chat folows in the conversations inbox.
