We use sensitive data/HIPAA fields and workflows that would work normally won’t work with these fields, which has made operations much more challenging. Please allow workflows to work with sensitive data fields.
We need to be able to use our highly sensitive data in workflows. For instance, we need to track which clients have an SSN/TIN on file, in order to know who to contact when preparing 1098 reports. Without it, we’re looking at manually wading through almost 2000 records. Thanks for the update to support safe storage of highly sensitive data, now we need to be able to use it.
