Hi,

I’ve been running linkedin targeting ads during the month of november. I exported our entire list of companies and contacts here in hubspot and excl. “customers”.

I then imported that remaining list of contacts (which wasnt a customer of our company) to the campaign manager and started running conversions and lead ads. I’ve gathered Clicks, engagements and even lead form opens but no convertions and lead form submissions.

Now I want to create a list of ad interations and I followed the steps from Segment contacts based on ad interactions but my list resulted in 0?

Please help me here!

Hopefully another ad genius comes in an helps with this, but I wanted to suggest one “gotcha” that sometimes gives me 0 results.

Time frame. I pull a list or report and there are 0 results because I forgot to set the time frame of when those interactions should have occured. By default a lot of Hubspot’s time filters are pretty slim. Did you open up the time frame on your search to include days well before and after the interactions you’re looking for?

Also, I’m very impatient and don’t like waiting for Lists or reports to pull data. :wink: So, sometimes I have to remind myself to go grab a cup of coffee while I wait for the data to build. It can take several minutes for data to start appearing.

If you did these things, and you really think there should be some results, I would suggest you contact Support and ask them what’s going on. Maybe there is an issue they need to fix.
