I’ve noticed recently that a few contacts and’or companies have disappeared. For example: I created a new company & contact about a month ago…I have the quote dated 12/11/23 that lists both…now the contact is no where to be found in HubSpot.
I believe I remember seeing an activity log that listed who/what/when there were changes made.
Was I dreaming?! lol
If not, can you tell me where I can find that report/log?

Have you checked whether the records are in the “bin”? Restore deleted records
Also, is there a chance someone changed your permissions and you’re simply not able to see the records anymore? Manage user permissions
The report you’re referring to might be the security activity history, under Settings > Security > Settings & Activity > View security activity history.
