Accessing Transcript URL via HubSpot API

Hi there,

I have several calls in my HubSpot account with transcript data. I can retrieve these via the API. There are several fields that provide information about the transcript, such as: hs_call_has_transcript:true

I’d like to know if there’s a field accessible through the API that provides the transcript URL, similar to hs_call_recording_url.

Hey, @MUmar5 :waving_hand: Welcome to our community! Thanks for the great question. I ran into the same issue as you, I am not finding a matching property listed in the documentation — Calls endpoint or Recordings and transcripts. I made a request to the Properties API for the Calls object and found several transcription-related properties, but not for the recording URL. We’ll leave this open in case one of our community members has input.

I can see the transcript in the hubspot UI, the calls endpoint returns `‘hs_call_has_transcript’: ‘true’`, but the actual transcript seems to not be retrievable?

Same problem - can’t use Retrieve a transcript - HubSpot docs to get our call transcripts (which, admittedly, are not _created_ by us, but are made by our Google Meet account, and saved to our HubSpot account, so… why can’t we get the transcripts?!)
