we are try to push the HubSpot system to other countries, and we want to know the usage of HubSpot.
so i check the data in audit log--login history. but the data is not correct. it seems couldn’t track the login history in APP.
someone only login HS by APP, but no records in audit log.
can HubSpot track the login record who login by APP?
or can we have some ways to track the mobile login records?

In the knowledge base article HubSpot says that Super Admins can view and export login history for up to a year, which includes both logins to app.hubspot.com and the HubSpot mobile app.
If you’re not seeing mobile logins in your audit log, it might be worth checking your filters or making sure you’re viewing the full history.

Current Limitation Acknowledgment:HubSpot does not currently offer native tracking of mobile app login events in a way that is audit-log compatible. I’d recommend submitting feedback through your HubSpot portal if mobile login tracking is essential to your use case.

Why is this not in official documentation? You provide false sense of security with hiding this stuff. Also, what kind of SaaS service does not give audit/authentication logs for all types of logins on enterprise subscription plans. Having proper audit/authentication logs is a basic thing.

Just getting back to you on this, our audit logs will track when users log in, but not each time they open the mobile app.

Generally, you should be able to see both login attempts to the web and mobile app, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/view-and-export-account-activity-history?hubs_content=knowledge.hubspot.com%2Fde%2Faccount-management%2Fview-and-export-account-activity-history&hubs_content-cta=English#account-login-history – if that’s not the case, I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot support in-app via email or chat.
Alternatively, you can always navigate to Settings > Users & Teams. Here you can both filter (like on an index page) and also sort by the “Last active” column:
I typically find this to be a faster option than to work with the audit log if I want to see when users last logged in.

Please note that when logging in to the mobile app, users will remain logged in for 30 days, so they don’t have to log in each time they use the app. The audit log doesn’t track every time the app is opened by the user, but each login is. we are pushing our sales to use HuBSpot. and the uasge of HubSpot is the API, so we need to retrive all the actions in HubSpot. include login form web or APP(there is no record from APP), any operation of object(there is no view record from page), activity include note(there is no record of note). and also it’ll be better if we can create an weekly report about audit log.

Our audits surface events from other teams, so in order to make changes to how we surface APP logins, we’d need to work with the mobile login team.
