Ability to Export Email Message/Content

We occasionally want to share the message/content of a serries of emails with other members of our organization so they can see the exact messaging going out to customers. Currently there is no way to export an email message to share it. Sending a test message, linking to the online version, or taking a screen shot are the only options.

It would be helpful if marketing emails included a feature allowing message export. A PDF or image file would be fine for this specific scenario.

The ability to export the full email content (html, txt version and all graphics) would also be very helpful in other scenarios.

I’m Conor, and I’m the Product Manager for HubSpot’s Email Editor.

I’m happy to announce that the ability to export email designs to PDF and HTML is now available in Public Beta. You can also opt-in to the Public BETA by navigating to our product update from the product updates page via Settings → Product Updates.

Looking forward to any and all feedback on this new feature which you can submit via the “Give Feedback” button next to the product update once enabled in your account.
