Looking for ways I can implement a workflow for abandoned carts. The ecommerce site is through Magento2 but I can’t seem to figure out a way to grab the data with hubspot. The two are linked through integration but when I set up a workflow in hubspot, data is not being pulled from magento. Is there a way to make this happen without having to purchase another extension?

I understand that you found the Magento Connector for HubSpot integration to sync contacts, orders, and abandoned carts to HubSpot, and you’d like to know why the information isn’t syncing.
I’ve done some research and found that two companies have created integrations between Magento and HubSpot.
The first integration I found Magento Connector for HubSpot was not built by HubSpot but by MakeWebBetter.
As the integration is built directly by MakeWebBetter, we have no visibility of how it works, so support is also provided directly by MakeWebBetter.

Since the integration was developed directly by MakeWebBetter, I recommend reaching out to them first to investigate why the information isn’t syncing to HubSpot. They should be able to provide more specific assistance.

The second integration I found Magento Integration, it’s also an integration created by EYEMAGINE and not HubSpot. It also seems to sync objects from Magento to Hubspot but again here you will have to contact them for support, as HubSpot did not develop this integration :

Our company Unific also has our Magento Sync by Unific integration with HubSpot
We have big brands like Casio and AVON using our integration.
Most likely, you were expecting the free HubSpot Adobe Commerce integration to sync orders along with products and customers, but it only syncs products and customers.
