HI, All. I am new to HS and finding the integration with Saleforce unecessarily complex. In Informz, the mailing lists were entirly created from Salesforce reports. Which means, not objects to create or sync at all! A trivial list in Informz is incredibly complex with custom objects and imports. Am i missing something,? This seems totally uncessary. We are using Fonteva as the AMS. Please let me know if you had a similar experience.

The short answer is no, there is no simpler way. The official Salesforce HubSpot integration is the easiest way to sync information between both systems. I’m not aware of a way to create mailing lists in HubSpot from Salesforce reports, unfortunately.

Thanks for a quick respose. The sync approach vs leveraging saleforce reports seems like 100x more complicated but I guess I will deal with it. I will also try to leverage rollup helper to add fields to the contact object instead of creating a custom object.
