Hi,
I hit the wall configurintg the proper JSON format for my body request.
I’m using this endpoint, POST request.
{{baseUrl}}/crm/v3/objects/notes/search
JSON Body
{
"filterGroups": [
{
"filters": [
{
"value": "1627257600000",
"propertyName": "createdate",
"operator": "GTE"
}
]
}
]
}
Below is the full response, 400 Bad Request
{
"status": "error",
"message": "There was a problem with the request.",
"correlationId": "84fa3576-02fd-49a0-b498-95eab807523e"
}
Anyone has an idea why I keep getting 400 error?
Thanks
Hey, @ryscr1pt
Thanks for reaching out! Can you share the full request and response along with the error you are receiving, please? This will help the community better understand possible root causes, as well as allow for trying to recreate your example exactly and reproduce the same warning.
Thank you! — Jaycee
Hi Jaycee, updated my original request and included the response, as for the request, above is the only payload, excluding the header Authorization which I couldn’t share here for security purposes.
Thanks
Change the `createdate` to `hs_createdate`.
Docs indicate the default returned properties for notes here: Search the CRM - HubSpot docs
Thanks for this LeeBartelme, it works now, the `hs_` only apply to the HubSpt properties or to all including custom properties?
I can see in the sample e.g.
"propertyName": "firstname",
It doesn’t have the ‘hs_’ in it so I wonder where and when to apply the ‘hs_’.
Thanks again
HubSpot isn’t terrribly consistent with property names. For most objects, go to Settings and then Properties and find the property you want to investigate and click on it. In the sidebar, click the </> next to the label field to see the underlying property name to use in API calls.
I’m not 100% sure where to view all of the activity properties. The easiest way I would suggest is first run a GET for a single result or a result list and in that result you should see the property names as well.
