Hello, I manage multiple hubspot accounts for my clients - all these accounts are free.
I manage some accounts where we have like 3-4 thousands contacts, we have collected for years - and there is everything fine.
On my client’s account there is some contact limit warning, screenshot below.
How is it possible, some free acounts are 100% fine with thousands of contacts and some are “limited” to only 1000 ?

Some HubSpot accounts have different limits applied to them, depending on when they were created. The 1,000 contacts limit is a comparably new one. HubSpot typically transitions older portals onto the new limits, but not all at once – hence different limits in portals of the same type at the same time.

How much contacts I can have on starter plan?
@KMatuszak strangely, this doesn’t seem to be documented – I tried to find this information a while ago already in the products and services catalog and on the individual product pricing pages. It looks like it’s not specifically pointed out. I’d recommend talking to HubSpot sales to confirm.
