I have created a new email signature using Hubspot Email Generator for one of our employees and it looks great. I sent a test email to myself and the image shows up in Hubspot. But, when I get the email in my Apple mail the image is just a box with a question mark??
Hi @THeyne. I don’t know that this is a solution necessarily, but in my experience two things could help. First, when you create an email in HubSpot’s marketing emails, you can test against almost ALL the email recievers. I’d definitely do that. Second, I’ve found that sometimes an email provider just doesn’t play well with images. I started to remove my own image from my email signatures because of this and other reasons. It may just be a bug with Apple Mail that other email solutions don’t have a problem with.
Sorry it’s not a better “here’s the magic fix” answer!
Hello,
What I failed to mention in my original post is that I am in a contact in HS and I am sending an email from there. When I compose the test email my team members picture is there.
You mentioned that some email providers don’t play well with images - but, everyone else on our team has there image showing just fine in there emails and they all use Macs.
Please let me know what I need to do to fix this
Thank you so much for your help!!
@THeyne that sounds like a setting in your Apple mail then. Here’s a resource I found that may help. If it’s showing up in others Apple mail, I think it’s a preferences thing. I’d also test sending it to another device/email to see if it’s not showing up. That should help confirm or debunk my theory.
