Hi there, anyone know why i am not seeing reel time analytics, its been more than a week already. And open & click rate are the same? I’m just wondering why the data are all the same. It did not changed. The results given the day after it was sent is still the same result up to this day. It didnt adds up. I have sent 4 emails, and results are the same no performance or movement.

Can you provide a bit more detail? Which type of email did you send (marketing, sales) and where exactly are you checking the performance, what are you seeing now? How many contacts did you send emails to? If you could share a screenshot or let me know where exactly in the HubSpot navigation you are, I can elaborate.
