If you’re looking for a true clock-in/clock-out system for employees (rather than just a time tracker for tasks), you might also want to look at dedicated workforce management platforms.
For example, ClockOn offers:
- Mobile app and kiosk clock-in/clock-out (with GPS or geofencing if needed)
- Automatic timesheet creation
- Award interpretation for correct pay and overtime calculations (useful if you’re in Australia)
- Payroll and rostering in the same system
It doesn’t natively integrate with HubSpot, but many teams run it alongside their CRM because it covers the compliance and HR side that HubSpot doesn’t.
If your main need is simply lightweight task-based timers linked to HubSpot records, then the tools mentioned above (Clockify, PSOhub, TMetric, Hourstack, Toggl) can work well.
