Hi @BWitcher, There are a few time tracking apps which integrate with HubSpot, like PSOhub (time tracking), Clockify(picks up the name of ticket records), TMetric (timer button for HubSpot tasks) or Hourstack (also for tasks) which seem to work well with HubSpot. You would have to check whether these apps fulfill your exact requirements and allow you to see all employee activity by time. If a HubSpot integration is not a must, I’d recommend Toggl. Hi @BWitcher :waving_hand: If you’re still searching for a HubSpot time tracking solution, you might like to consider StopWatch for HubSpot. Main advantages of this app is that it all your time tracking data is stored entirely within HubSpot. Please note, you’ll need access to HubSpot Custom Objects in order to use it. If the time tracker does not need to be integrated into HubSpot or any project management app, then here are some options you can consider: Clockify - Probably one of the most popular options on the list. There is a free version that you can try. QuickBooks Time - If you’re already on QuickBooks, it makes sense to try this option. It offers features like GPS tracking and geofencing. Toggl Track - We’ve used this a few years ago, it was easy to use but I’m personally not up to date with their updates. Harvest - Another popular item I’ve never used, but it has many positive reviews. TimeCamp - If you need activity tracking and productivity monitoring features, then you can check this one out. Hubstaff - A good mix of time tracking and employee monitoring features. RescueTime - Another option that is often mentioned in similar lists, but its user interface is lacking. For example, ClockOn offers: Mobile app and kiosk clock-in/clock-out (with GPS or geofencing if needed) Automatic timesheet creation Award interpretation for correct pay and overtime calculations (useful if you’re in Australia) Payroll and rostering in the same system It doesn’t natively integrate with HubSpot, but many teams run it alongside their CRM because it covers the compliance and HR side that HubSpot doesn’t. If your main need is simply lightweight task-based timers linked to HubSpot records, then the tools mentioned above (Clockify, PSOhub, TMetric, Hourstack, Toggl) can work well. But if you need employee time tracking tied to payroll or scheduling, it’s worth exploring something like ClockOn, Employment Hero, Rippling, etc.

You can use Workstatus for this and it also has feautures like screenshot monitoring in it for monitoring employee working hours.
