Dashboard Filtering

I created 4 Territory Dashboards for my 4 sales reps. I want to understand how I can apply filters globally to all 4 dashboards so it only shows Contacts, Leads, Deals, that are in their territory, etc. So I apply a number of filters.

However, I have found that when I log in as another user, I can still see the filters I created but they are not seeing them on their end. How can I create dashboard filters that always remain and lock in place? I have tried a number of different steps like looking at permissions, or maybe it has something to do with the Cache. I want dashboard filters to always be applied when they leave and come back in to the Dashboard.Screenshot 2025-11-24 at 2.13.45 PM.png

It would be nice to already have everything pre-filtered to show their Territory stuff when they come in
