SOLVE

How can I create a workflow that will do this

 

When a new conversation arrives in the Inbox, check if the contact has any open tickets in the pipeline, and automatically associate those tickets with the conversation.

Hi @SThompson74,

 

This is, as far as I know, not possible out of the box. I'm not aware of a workflow setup with the built-in tools that could achieve this.

 

You can however use a custom code action (requiring Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise) in a conversation-based workflow to perform the check and assocation based on the HubSpot API. https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/reference/api/automation/custom-code-actions
