We are about to integrate HubSpot into our company and we currently have SAP as our ERP system. We are struggling to make it a seamless process and it is forcing us to work half in SAP and half in HubSpot.
We need to know if there is a way of allowing SAP to bring across multiple quotes for one opportunity and also why we can't work in both directions for data transfer.
Integrating HubSpot with SAP can definitely be challenging, especially when you need seamless data flow in both directions. The good news is that this is a common use case, and it can be solved with the right integration approach.
With MARINI’s Integration Platform, you can sync multiple quotes per opportunity between SAP and HubSpot while ensuring bidirectional data transfer. Our solution is designed to handle complex business processes without requiring deep technical expertise (no-code), so you can keep working efficiently in both systems.
Whether your SAP ERP runs on-premises or in the cloud, we can handle both scenarios—though the implementation differs. Do you know which setup you’re using?
@JMellor4 This is generally possible for all of the above. Which SAP ERP are you using (ECC6, ByD, B1, S/4)? Is there any SAP middleware in place, such as PI/PO or CPI? Depending on the ERP and the operation model (on-prem, HEC, Private Cloud, Public Cloud), that could be very helpful. However, a bidirectional sync of multiple objects, including all the business rules, is not done over the weekend.
