Ringcentral Integration

What is the best RingCentral integration for Hubspot? I’m seeing several integrations on the RingCentral site, which are:

1) SMS and meetings in Hubspot

2) Hubspot (3-star rating)

3) Hubspot Data Sync

4) Hubspot Add-In

Hubspot lists the following in-app marketplace

1) RingCentral by Hubspot (data sync) - we are using this one.

2) RingCentral Events (300 + installs)

3) RingCentral for Hubspot (3,500+ installs) - This is a Google Chrome extension.

What is working well for everyone out there? Who is using one of the above apps and is happy with it? If so, which one?

Our ideal situation is for the Hubspot contact to pop up on incoming RingCentral calls. Additionally, we’d like the text messaging to appear in the contact records, and it would be nice to have a log of the call.

Hi @MLonghofer, Happy Friday!

Thank you for posting in our Community!

It seems like you have a few options for RingCentral integrations with HubSpot.

You might want to check reviews or testimonials for this specific integration on the HubSpot in-app marketplace to get real-world feedback. Users often share their experiences and insights, which could help determine if they align with your ideal situation.

I want to invite our top experts to this conversation, @trevordjones, @Jigar_Thakker, @danmoyle. Do you have any recommendations for @MLonghofer?

Thank you,

Pam

Thanks for the tag @PamCotton and nice to meet you @MLonghofer !

I’m not personally using these applications myself, but just looking at the descriptions of the three apps you mention in the marketplace it seems they do different things:

  • The Data Sync Syncs contacts between your RingCentral database and HubSpot.
  • RingCentral for HubSpot is a Chrome plugin that you would use to make Ring Central calls from within the HubSpot CRM.
  • RingCentral events is a Webinar Platform, so in this case you are specifically capturing registraitons, generating links, and embedding actions related to those in your HubSpot Workflows.

You might need one, two or all of them, depending upon what you are trying to accomplish.

+1 for what @trevordjones says here, @MLonghofer.
