We requested to join your early beta. Now I'm thinking Property Mapper may not work for our use case.
Based on your description and everything we've read, we know Property Manager will sync a company property to an existing contact property value -- i.e., if we set a contact property, Property Manager will update the corresponding company property for the associated company.
However, will Property Mapper sync a custom CONTACT property to an existing custom COMPANY property value (sorta like HubSpot's Sync Lifecycle stage setting)??
-1- We set the Company property 'Company Name'
-2- Property Mapper updates the 'Company Name' property for all associated Contacts
Will Propeprty Mapper do this?

Thanks again, @jmarovt. So far, so good.
Just turned on Property Mapper for one dev and one enterprise portal (soon to be a Pro portal). Will monitor closely and report back here over the next few weeks.
20181018 - Property Mapper does NOT presume 100% accurate HubSpot property matching between mapped properties. So, like property matching in HubSpot workflows, it alerts you if the source and target property values don't match exactly.
Not certain what it will do if/when a careless admin modifies the source without modifying the target or vice versa.
20181018 - Property Mapper appears to sync consistently within a few seconds across small portals (i.e., <30K contacts).
Not certain which factors (if any) potentially contribute to longer sync times -- i.e., portal size, HubSpot tier, etc..

20181114 - Property Mapper has been performing flawlesslessly since installed ~30 days ago across both the Sales Pro and Marketing Enterprise HubSpot portals. Thanks for an excellent product @jmarovt ... can't wait to see the pricing.
Very disappointed to learn that this integration will be discontinued (2019-Jan-31) after such a short lifecycle because it "didn't grow fast enough to support further maintenance and development of the service."
HubSpot still doesn't offer the company-to-contact sync capability for custom properties. This once solved issue is now unsolved ... again. (head shaking)
No longer monitoring this thread.
