I would like to have the ability to map all the possible properties within data sync field mapping within Hubspot currently not all properties are able to be mapped such as SalesLoft People Owner with Contact owner. This would seem like a basic baseline property that should be able to sync as well as just about all properties available custom or default. Additionally, many of the properties won’t be available to map as well.
I agree with @MWatson on this matter. It is frustrating that the bi-directional sync only works for select types of properties. The ability to sync drop-down fields as well as activity-based fields is very important to ensure that one source of truth can be established.
Salesloft Employee here, our customers experience a ton of pain trying to solve this with automation in Salesloft. Ownership and Stages are two properties that seem the most important based on the customers who have enabled this so far.
