Hello HS Community,
We are a remote team, we’re all over the place but our company is based in the U.S. WE’ve tried using a Skype number to integrate with Hubspot, it worked or a while but it seems like the caller ID is either showing as a spam or showing a differnet country caller ID.
Any of you used Google voice as an alternative? Would it work and integrate to Hubspot as well?
Otherwisem any other similar tools you would recommend?

This is not possible at this stage within HubSpot, I’d recommend upvoting this Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this. You can also subscribe to the idea (Options > Subscribe) to get notified if the status changes.
I also want to tag some of our experts here: @Josh @Mike_Eastwood @StjepanGrcic have you heard/come across any other similar tools?

Has there been any progress on this? What’s the 2023 update?
Unless Hubspot and Google enter a partnership, it’s not possible to have an integration, since Google Voice has deprecated their API.
As an interim solution, I built a simple chrome extension to log my texts from Google Voice to Hubspot. I’ll continue to build this out for personal use, but if there’s interest, I’ll publish it as well
