We have nurture and sales sequences but at specific times we need to include time sensitive content (such as promoting a webinar or campaign). How could either of the following be done?
1) No matter the stage someone is at in the sequence the next email in the time sensitive content?
2) A dynamic section which can be added to all sequence emails for a given period?
Our preference is option one or something similar if anyone has had similar success.
In HubSpot Sequences, emails are automatically sent based on the contact's stage in the sequence, and there's no built-in way to completely override the sequence flow for specific dates or times.
However, you can implement a workaround using workflows to prioritize sending time-sensitive content without disrupting the sequence.
