I realize it’s about a year and a half late but wanted to post here in case it’s helpful to you or anyone else that stumbles across this post.
I put together my introduction/referral programs and recorded a couple videos. The key piece is to use association labels to then leverage throughout HubSpot for email sends, lists, etc. I used Zapier for the email sends, mainly to the referrer but the referee could be sent an email too.
The first video shows more of a demo from the referrers perspective.
The second video is an in-depth behind the scenes of how it’s built.
