Granular Conversation Inbox Permissions

It would be amazing to be able to lock down specific sections of an inbox in HubSpot.


For example, we use a support mailbox, and I'd like everything in there to be visible, but for agents to be unable to respond there to emails or forms. So I'd like them to be notified about new items, and then have the ability to respond in the ticketing part of the system, rather than the inbox.
