Marketing Events Contacts Listing

Hi,

We have created marketing events and associated contacts with it, now if we want to see contact information like who has attended and who just registered how can we do it?

at the moment we can see count but not the list of contacts.

The goal is to get list of contacts based on subsriber state for a marketing event.

If there is any alternate way we can go with please suggest.

I have the same ask. Additionally, would like to associate a list with a Marketing event, have you done that at all?

Hi @LKatariya ,

It's accurate that currently, we are only able to see the total number of people who attended the event and not able to see who exactly are those attendees.

If we have an enterprise level subscription, perhaps we can use a report suggested here to see who are the contacts who attended the event.

Other than that, HubSpot is definitely looking to improve the marketing event functionality such that contacts and marketing events are linked.
