Many sales processes involve a mix of email and other sales actions (like making a call, connecting with a prospect on LinkedIn, or taking another kind of action.) Now, Sequences supports these other types of activities by making it possible for you to schedule tasks for yourself in addition to sending emails.
To get started with tasks in Sequences, create a new sequence, and look for the "Add a task" option (shown above.) You'll be able to choose the delay of your task, and fill in the text body of the task -
When you schedule a task using Sequences, the task will populate in HubSpot CRM, and optionally, Salesforce (as long as you have Task Sync turned on in your Salesforce integration settings.)
