Creating Lists

I signed up today as a new user.  I impored and saved a list. However it says zero lists - what am I doing wrong?

Hi @SFleitman,

There are two likely things that might've happened here:

1. The import was not successful and there were errors. Navigate back to the import section, scroll down to see the import history and check if there were import errors: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/import-and-export/troubleshoot-import-errors
2. The import was successful but you didn't create a list. There's a dedicated checkbox at the end of the import wizard. If you do not check it, no list will be created. You can still create one however: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/lists/create-active-or-static-lists
   1. Create a contact-based list (or different type, if you imported companies, deals etc)
   2. Click 'Add filter' 
   3. In the filter list, find 'Import'
   4. Select the import and save

If you think it's none of the above, please share a screenshot of the import section of your HubSpot portal.
