Fix Formatting Issues Bulk Fix

With the new location formatting issues fix (which I love), it is impossible to bulk-update the suggested fixes with an extensive database of customers (350k+). Doing these fixes 50 at a time is not realistic. There needs to be a better way to do this within HubSpot without having to use an external tool.

Yes to this! Even having the ability to export records will help (correct them, then import new data) if the system can't support more than 50 records at a time.

Came to support this: we have around 400K "Fix Formatting Issues", and I cannot go through them 50 by 50. Going through them I see 2 options: spending extended time building workflows that can pick up the simpler ones, or just have an automation out of the box that simply fixes these issues. Or even just Bulk approve all.

Agreed, we have 15k "Fix formatting Issues" and looking for a way to bulk delete.

Agreed, if HubSpot can propose a fix for an empty timezone, it should be able to automate the update.

Yes please

Agree - just going to ignore the formatting "issues" until a automated option is advised

Yes would love to have this - something which is needed 50 at a time is not realistic

Yes, we would also love to have this! There should be an option to bulk fix all formatting issues.

agree, we have 312 K contacts and cannot so this 50 by 50

Yes supremely frustrating. We get import errors every single time we import because things like timezone are empty; we don't use that property, it's never included in our imports, we shouldn't be getting errors every time for a property we're not using and that HubSpot automatically sets "based on other contact properties" in the first place. Either automatically set it, or allow me to accept the suggested changes in bulk. So ridiculous.
Or give me control over what properties are inlcuded in the Data Quality tool in the first place and properties we're not using would stop being flagged as import errors to begin with.

Cannot agree more with this suggestion, seems silly this isn't an option. Even the limitation of only 50 records at a time is super annoying. I'm currently staring at 15K+ formatting issues which is requiring me to accept the recommendations 318 times. Crazy! I know that's nothing compared to some of the counts mentioned above, but incredibly frustrating as the service is great but I bucket this in the category of HubSpot releases I call "finish-ish". Hoping this can get corrected soon, at least before I finish this tedious project - thank you!

I am also interested in this and would help me efficiently clean up tens of thousands of issues.

at least give us the option to select the property. don't put all empty properties in 1 selection. And please add bulk deletion.

This is just dumb 😖

Like others - we got Marketing Ops hub... it touts its ability to do "Data Quality Automation"... it recognises hundreds of thousands of formatting issues... it KNOWS how to solve them ... but then limits you to solve 50 at a time and takes 10-15 seconds to be able to action the next batch.

It would take 20+ hours to do the 250,000 records - when it could be just 2-3 clicks.

We bought Marketing Ops to avoid having to buy a third party data cleaner or write a custom app.

If we need a third party to do such a basic function then it negates any need to renew Marketing Ops next time around as it will come with the rest of the features.

Agree - we do not use or care about the Timezone property, but now nearly every single contact in our database has a "formatting issue" because this value isn't set on the record. It's preventing what would be a fantastic tool in the formatting issues review for location fields from being at all useful. I need to either be able to select which fields I want to show up as an "issue" OR accept/reject them all in bulk.
