Not exactly, unfortunately. You can either access performance of individual workflows or navigate to your email dashboard, select the 'Analyze' tab and filter for the Email type 'Automated' (which will show you the usual email metrics for all of your workflow emails).
If you want to report on metrics like Total Enrolled, Active Enrolled, Joined Goal List and Conversion Rate, you would have to export a CSV file in the workflow dashboard and do your analysis outside of HubSpot.
The only property that you can use for report building is the contact property 'Now in workflow'.

It amazes me that 2 years later, HubSpot still doesn't have the reporting ability for workflows. The reports and data is there when viewing the details under each individual workflow. But the functionality is not there when trying to put together a dashboard to have all data available in the same place.
Thank you for your feedback, I'm happy to tell you that the idea was already submitted, and the state is: in planning. I encourage you to upvote for the idea and follow the thread to make sure you receive updated status 🙂
Best,
Diana

Workflows report
SOLVE
Hi,
You can create in the CRM a property "Workflow X" (dropdown list) for your workflow X.
Then, in your workflow X, when a branch is created and the contact pass inside (or at any step you decide), you modify the property "Workflow X".
Very simple example:
Your workflow X detects if a contact has visited a page and if he has filled the form: if yes, you send the mail A (and you change the property "Workflow X": "Mail A sent"), if not, you send the mail B (and you change the property "Workflow X": "Mail B sent").
Then, you can create a report with the value of "Workflow X" property ("Mail A sent": 320 contacts; "Mail B sent": 2560 contacts). So you can know you have 320 contacts in a step and 2560 in the other.
Not exactly, unfortunately. You can either access performance of individual workflows or navigate to your email dashboard, select the 'Analyze' tab and filter for the Email type 'Automated' (which will show you the usual email metrics for all of your workflow emails).

At this time, you can export a spreadsheet containing information about all of your workflows, and you can export images of individual workflows. Workflow spreadsheet exports will contain information such as:
The name of the workflow.
Whether or not the workflow is currently active.
Total enrollments and the count of records currently enrolled.
Total records that have joined the workflow goal list and the total conversion rate.
Create date and the user who created the workflow.
Last modification date and the user who modified it.
The workflow type.
Please note: workflows exports don't include performance data or the workflow's history. In addition, workflow exports don't include data from emails used in the workflow. Marketing email exports do include an Associated workflows column which identifies the workflows that an email is being used in. Learn more about exporting your marketing email data.
To export a spreadsheet of all your workflows:
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
In the upper right, click Actions - Export workflows. The file will download automatically.
To export an image of an individual workflow:
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
Click the name of the workflow.
In the upper left, click the File dropdown menu, then select Export as .PNG
I hope this helps!
