It is crazy to me that hubspot doesn’t have workflows as a data source for reports. There is literally a “report” that is built into the Goals (and then Details) section of workflows, so it technically exists, it’s just not available as a report that you could clone, add to a dashboard, etc…Please add!
Yes, it’s very odd. I bet there’s a workaround, but I’m just to lazy to find out how
Not just in reports, but to create a list or contact view of people who complete a workflow in a set period of time, so that you could filter for additional properties at the same time 
Agree this inability to add the Goal Met performance (conversion rate) on a dashboard without having to ‘add an external page’ is a miss.
It’s very important to analyze workflows activities (creations, on/off…) in a report like sequences and Landing pages. It will be great to monitore also properties creations…

This is very important for us but it’s not possible..
Really limiting us in terms of reports creation and contact lists for campaigns.
There’s a work around which is to add a property for each contract called “enrolled in workflow x” but this is a huge hassle and you need to have done it when you created the workflow or you’re out of luck.
The workflow itself already offers a report showing number of enrollments per month but we can’t modify it or add it to any dashboard.
Please allow using workflows as a data source!
Agree. This is ridiculous. Workflows are arguably the main marketing tool in HubSpot, but there’s no decent goals reporting for them? I don’t get it… Would love to see a goal conversion column in the Campaigns tool in the workflows section (currently it’s just showing # currently enrolled and # started, which aren’t very useful metrics… who actually reports on that?)
Are there any updates to this? We have set goals in workflows and want to show that success in a reporting dashboard. It seems wild to me that the save report functionality for this under the performance tab isn’t an option. The data is there, we just want it add to a dashboard and are unable to export or create custom reporting for it. I wish I could upvote this times a million for how many times clients ask for this.

The ONLY workaround I see working at this time (3/5/25) is right when you set up the workflow, also build two active lists.
1. For workflow enrollment - Make the list active, choose the filter “Workflow status”, select the workflow you want to report on, then select “has ever been enrolled”
2. For meeting the goal of the workflow - Make the list active, choose the filter “Workflow status”, select the workflow you want to report on, then select “has ever met goal”.
By setting up these two active lists, at least you can get a count of contacts that enrolled as well as the count of contacts that met the goal and add that to a dashboard. Sadly, I haven’t seen a way to leverage a date property like the “added to list date” or any other date property to show this action in a time-bound view to track daily, weekly, monthly etc. on the custom reporting side. You could however use the “added to list date” date that shows in your active list as a column and see that information (in the list only) if you set these active lists up after drafting the workflow but before turning it on for accurate reporting.
*The other thing to consider is if your workflow allows for re-enrollment, it will only count it once per contact.
This is far from an ideal solution and would greatly encourage HubSpot to improve their workflow reporting to dashboards, but at least you can get all numbers this way.

Would love to see automatic Workflow reports on a weekly basis showing how emails are perfomring compared to the prior period.
I agree, workflows as a data source for reporting is essential! I know it’s possible to embed an individual workflow’s performance page onto the dashboard but it’s neither pretty nor user friendly in the least. Would be really helpful if other teams and management could look at clear and digestable reports instead of having to learn how to navigate the workflow tools. I really hope this is on the roadmap!
