Task Value

SOLVE

Hi,

I am working on custom dashboards for my team and need to associate tasks with the deal value.

For instance, if I assign 5 tasks to a team member, the report should tell me the particular person completed 5 tasks that contributed to USD 500,000 worth of deals in that month.

I couldn't find any way to create a property against tasks.

Help would be appreciated.

Hi @RidaZaidi,

This should be achievable in the custom report builder: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder

  1. Choose Tasks as primary data source, add Deals as a secondary data source
  2. Choose a pivot table as a chart type
  3. As rows, display 'Assigned to'
  4. As values, display 'Amount'
  5. In the report filters, make sure to filter by won deals only, completed tasks and due date

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
