So I've followed the support articles to make our Salesforce records sync field updates over to Hubspot; however, it's not working.
We made a custom text field on contacts in Salesforce, mapped it to a custom Hubspot field on contacts, and then did a mass update of the field via dataloader in Salesforce.
While the field was successfully updated in Salesforce, after 24 hours only about 3,000/90,000 records were updated in Hubspot. We have not run out of API calls either.
This example is not the first time this has happened either.
Does anyone have a workaround to make updated Salesforce field values get synced across to Hubspot?
Hey @Taylor31 - this property likely didn't trigger a sync with Salesforce. Certain property updates indicate that the integration needs to resync and custom properties do not fall under that. So, these records will update that property when they are triggered to sync.
To bulk resync records from Salesforce, follow the steps to import Salesforce records. This will update all mapped fields. 🙂
Contacts > Contacts > Import > Start an Import > Integrations > Salesforce > Salesforce Records > Standard Objects > Leads & Contacts

The Salesforce integration can be a peculiar thing sometimes. That's a lot of records in total, has the number updated gone up? And can you confirm there are no error messages relating to this property in the intergration settings?
