Thank you. It looks like a least some contacts do simply not have a phone number or email address (see the two hyphens -- in the preview column, they stand for an empty cell). Can you double check, pick a contact from your import file that has an email address and search for it in HubSpot? You might have just looked at a screen of contacts who didn’t have an email address and phone number in the import file to begin with.
There might also be a misunderstanding relating the Work email property. HubSpot will not automatically merge this and you will not be able to send emails to this Work email. The only email address that can be used is the one entered/imported into the standard Email field.
