Issues Hosting .txt File

SOLVE

Context: I'm trying to set up IndexNow API through Ahrefs. To do so, I need to "host a proper UTF-8 text key file at the root of your website".

If the API key was "hmmqv", the URL should be "http://snicsolutions.com/hmmqv.txt"

The issue is when I upload the .txt file, HubSpot has the URL as "https://snicsolutions.com/hubfs/hmmqv.txt".

How can I host the .txt file without the "hubfs"?

Hi @Owen-Rechkemmer,

I believe you'll have to use a redirect. This post is older, but I believe it is still accurate: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CMS-Development/Inserting-ads-txt-file-for-Google-AdSense/m-p/36367...

Be sure to set your redirect style as proxy or it won't work as you need it to.
