Creating a Customer Portal Beyond Tickets: Rendering CRM Data in HubSpot CMS

Does anyone have any experience with making a customer portal for more than just tickets inside hubspot? One of my clients wants to create a dashboard where he renderes some processed Contact/Company CRM data into the CMS Templates. Is this at all possible to do? I know you can restrict access to pages via lists and then have thoose people in the list create an account or use SSO so I'm just wondering if something like that would work?

Alternativly if not, what would be the solution you would recommend?

Here at Pearagon we have actually built multiple customer portals using this exact flow for many of our clients. I am our lead developer so I have architeched a lot of these solutions. We set up some lists and private content that gives access to specific pages. These pages will need to be almost completely custom made by a developer with the HUBL functions "crm_associations" and "crm_objects" doing a lot of heavy lifting to dynamically generate HTML based on the contact and their associated objects. We have done this with custom objects associated to the contact and with companies associated to the contact. For one of our portals we even integrated the entire ticketing service portal within the portal so it would feel like a single site. We also have set up an integrated payment system with one of the portals. Hi there, can you create a customer portal for deals with restricted fields.

E.g. For our business we process client deals and send orders to suppliers to produce. Could we in theory create a customer portal for specific fields of of a deal to share with suppliers instead of manuelly emailing them?

This sounds really interesting.
We wanted to switch our website to Hubspot this week and it turned out there is no real user management for the website. I was a little shocked, i must admit.
What do you think, which effort would it be to integrate your solution and what would be the cost?

Can you confirm if this can ony be achieved with Enterprise? Enterprise allows landing pages to have same authentication as customer portal (with SSO as well) however I think with Professional landing pages can only be password protected correct? Therefore the customer portal and landing pages will have a totally different authentication method and won't be so seamless in the end.
