I need to generate a HubSpot API key so we can plug it into our new CRM, One Mortgage System (OMS). We plan to use the HubSpot Starter tier for our marketing function. To generate this key, I have been directed by OMS to follow the “Create Legacy App” instructions, and from there, copy the access token. I’ve followed everything as instructed, but I keep coming across this error. HubSpot Error.gif Any help here to fix this would be great. Thanks

Hi Elvadas, Thanks for your response. I have tried Service Keys and that too has the same issue. The error showing INTERNAL_ERROR with shouldRetry: false can sometimes point to a portal-level permissions or account configuration issue rather than something on your end. If you’re following the steps from @evaldas, are you able to confirm your portal is enrolled in this beta here? Additionally, are you able to confirm if you’re an Admin in the portal?
