Zoom has this long list of demands in order to use their Hubspot integration, including a Zoom Webinar plan. Does anyone know if this is actually needed? We just want to create the sales meeting links so I don’t see why it should be needed.

This requirements list is for Zoom webinars. You can include Zoom in HubSpot meeting links on a free Zoom plan.
Here’s the HubSpot knowledge base article for setting this up: Connect HubSpot and Zoom It’s not overly complicated but there are a few common mistakes which can be easily avoided by having a quick look.

We continue to receive an IT Authentication error when trying to integrate our Zoom account. It appears we are required to have the "Only authenticated meeting participants and webinar attendees can join meetings and webinars" setting in our Zoom account turned on to complete the integration. Is this accurate?
