Zertification started on wrong account

Hello,

I realized that I startet the Marketing Hub Zertifikate on wrong business account. I started on a free Hubspot version and can´t do some of the exercices in the academy. Now I got the information that there is another professional account. Can you migrate what I have already done (half of the zertifikation) to the other account?
