Zapier Integration Error 403 with the trigger "New Calendar Task"

Hi there

I try to trigger my ZAP when I get a new meeting booking. For that I use in ZAPIER the trigger “New Calendar Task”. But when I try to get samples, I receive th error message below. I use the free Sales Hub and in Zapier I choose the standard HubSpot app, because in the CRM app I can’t find a appropriate trigger.

Do you have any Idea?

Thanks for your help.

---------------------------------- Error Message ------------------------------------

We had trouble finding a sample. Error:
The app returned “This oauth-token (CJfqjMbYLBICAyMYg-emAiDG94YDKPDEATIZADtUItJbNyGjz6gjhE7_6CH6NeoPY1IFtToLAAoiQYgQDAACALBCGQA7VCLSTLcXnpiuaHR4e9p_EjPBnRX0Fac) does not have proper permissions! (requires all of [content-access])”. It looks like your connected account doesn’t have permission to complete this step. You should contact the administrator for your account and make sure you have the needed permissions.

Hi Frank

Many thanks for claryfication.

So if I cant do this with Zapier, is there a easy way to do it via the API direct with a GET/POST over HTTPS?

My Intention is to grab the just created appointment to store it in a CustomField of ManyChat.

Vise Versa I will create the appointment out from ManyChat via the API.

Thanks for any hint and solution.

Thomas

Sorry, no ideas about your ManyChat custom development question. Excellent question though. You may wish to ask it in the Developers Form.

You’ll typically get much more traction on developer questions from the HubSpot Developer Community. :slightly_smiling_face: (a totally separate playground)

Please mark as solved @swisssales. Thanks in advance.
