Hi, I successfully synced the Xero invoices with HubSpot Invoices. However, the associated contacts were not synced due to different names. To resolve this, I only synced with email address, it works perfectly fine for the new invoices, but the invoices that were synced earlier are not updated with contact(To) association.
Is there a way to update them?

Hi @Shefalis , you’re right, once those invoices have synced without a matching contact, HubSpot doesn’t retroactively attach them even after the new match rule (email) is applied. The sync engine only links associations at the moment of record creation.
To update past invoices, you can re-trigger them by forcing a change in Xero (for example, a small note or date edit) so the integration re-evaluates and applies the new matching logic. Alternatively, if you’re using HubSpot Data Sync, you can temporarily disable and re-enable the connection with “re-sync all data” selected (Connect and use HubSpot data sync ) , which pushes a fresh association pass based on your latest rules.
If you have many invoices, a safer route is to export their record IDs, match them via email in a sheet, and bulk-associate them back to contacts using the CRM Associations API (Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot )
