In our company we would like to implement a multi-level approval process.
Criteria such as deal value etc. should be taken into account and the approver selected on this basis by means of workflow.
This was also possible in a single-stage approval process.
I tried to implement a two-stage process using workflow, in which I set the quota to approval pending again directly after the first approval and then assigned it to another user. This also worked so far and all notifications were also sent. The second approver could then view the quota and also had the “Approve” button. However, if this button was clicked, an error message appeared. After consultation with Hubspot, a multi-stage approval process is currently not possible.
However, I think this is a very important and useful feature.
I would be happy if more users share this opinion and upvote the idea so that we can also see this feature in hubspot soon
