Workflows lack marketing contacts features

I’m currently subscribed to the following HubSpot tiers:

  • Marketing Hub Pro v12 (Trial)
  • Sales Hub Enterprise (Trial)
  • Content Hub Pro v1 (Trial)

My subscription includes 2,000 marketing contacts, but I’m unable to designate contacts as marketing contacts. Can anyone clarify why this might be happening?

Hi @JerikaNguyen,

Which workflow type are you creating (contact, company, deal etc)? The workflow action to set contacts as marketing is available in contact-based workflows.

If you’re not seeing it there, it likely has to do with the trial.

Hi, I have already created a contact-based workflow. Could I contact Hubspot to end the trial earlier? It hides a lot of features

@JerikaNguyen probably, yes – the best way to do so would be to reach out to HubSpot sales via the HubSpot website directly.
